Quality & inspection
What we check before a crate leaves Ningbo, and what happens when something is wrong.
Incoming check
- Label and batch photo against the purchase order.
- Quantity and packing integrity; carton seal intact on sealed-brand lines.
- Visual on 100% of mechanically shipped items, AQL 2.5 sampling on bulk small goods (breakers, terminals, fasteners).
- Power-on test on drives and power supplies from 5 units per order.
- Serial capture for drives, luminaires and instrumentation where the plant marks them.
What is not tested here
Short-circuit breaking capacity, IP rating and flame class are the manufacturer's type tests - we do not repeat them and we never claim we did. We supply the manufacturer's certificate instead.
If something fails
- Send the serial photo plus a short failure video to support@oversea.zydmall.com.
- Disposition agreed inside 5 working days: replacement, credit note, or screening at our cost above 5,000 pcs.
- Dead-on-arrival units under EUR 200 are replaced in the next shipment; no return freight.
- Mechanical wear parts carry 3 months; everything else 12 months from delivery.
