Are these parts genuine?
Yes. We buy on the manufacturer's own export channel or from their authorised stockist, and we say on the quote which one it is. Parallel-trade and end-of-line parts are always marked as such before you confirm, never after.
What is the minimum order?
Most series start at 1 piece; some manufacturer lines start at 5 or 10 units because they are packed in manufacturer cartons. There is no order minimum - you can put breakers, lamps and fasteners on one order sheet.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked series leave Ningbo in 3-5 days. Factory-order lines take 3-8 weeks depending on the plant's shift calendar; August and late December are the slow periods at European factories. Express courier is 3-6 days, rail 16-19 days, sea 30-40 days.
Can you ship directly to my customer in Europe?
Yes, drop-ship to EU, UK, GCC and CIS addresses is normal for us. The packing list and commercial invoice come to you first so you can decide what paperwork your end customer sees.
What is covered by warranty?
Twelve months from delivery, against material and manufacturing defects. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced in the next shipment or credited, no return freight needed for values under EUR 200. Mechanical wear parts are 3 months.
How do I pay?
T/T to our Ningbo account is the default; Western Union, Alipay and PayPal for samples and small orders; L/C at sight for orders above USD 8,000. 50% deposit for factory-order lines.
Do you supply certificates?
Declaration of Conformity and material certificates come free with the batch. 3.1 certificates, calibration records and ATEX documentation are quoted per line because the manufacturer charges for them.
What happens at Chinese customs?
You get one consolidated customs file: packing list, invoice, HS codes per line and the origin documents. Our clearing desk in Ningbo handles the export side, and your broker handles the import side with the same file.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Sample cost plus courier; the sample cost is refunded on orders above USD 500 within 90 days. For drives and luminaires we ship a single unit and give you the factory test record with it.
Which brands can you quote that are not listed?
Send the part number. The desk sources most European electrical and automation brands through trade channels, and we tell you honestly when a brand only sells through its own exclusive distributor and we cannot touch it.
